Sayuri’s Katana is a new Japanese restaurant plus dim sum bar in Jerusalem’s city center. With a broad selection of hot Japanese dishes, sushi and dim sum, there’s something for everyone.
The restaurant has a distinctly romantic atmosphere, there is a seating area inside and outside, with well-stocked bars. Diners enjoy soft background music – typically jazz and lounge - at lunchtime and during the evening, and the rhythm heats up at night.
